My healing journey has been centered around expressing my authenticity, embracing my innate power, embodying my highest self, and finding my joy while navigating through the unknown. I have grown from swallowing my emotions, not taking action on my truths, and downgrading my experiences, to radically loving myself and honoring my truth, moving through life in epic presence and acceptance, and stepping into my leadership through my authentic expression & innate gifts. Embodiment, compassion and devotion have been massive keys to remembering my power. I consider myself a student, a remembrance guide, cosmic channel, earth priestess, certified yoga and meditation instructor, mindfulness educator, songstress and author. My mission is to awaken a remembrance of our natural beings, deeply connect with our Mother Earth, and guide souls back home to their love, their truth, their power as co-creators.

A Soul Circle is a sacred space for souls to gather each month to align and expand with the messages and collective energies of the current month.
